At We Do Medals we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on 07 3888 6595 or sales@wedomedals
A safe drop is when the courier leaves the parcel in a safe place. Unfortunately, “safe place” is pretty subjective and sometimes mail gets stolen or has been left in a not so safe space in the weather etc.
As a result, we do NOT recommend Authority to Leave. We cannot be held responsible for items that have left our showroom. We recommend shipping to an address you will be at during the day, your workplace, or a PO Box.
In Store Pick Up
Our production facility is at Narangba Qld 4504. You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed. Please let us know if you wish to do this.
